Simplicity • Solitude • Serenity

Give yourself some time and space to get away from the expectations, the conversations, the noise, the media, and the pressure. Take some time each day to go for a long walk and think. Plant yourself on a park bench and look. Take a long, thoughtful road trip. Whatever you do, move away from anything that distracts you from contemplating your life and where you want it to go. In solitude, you should feel independent and self-sufficient, not lonely, needy or afraid.

Solitude is a time for rejuvenation and utter peace and it is within simplicity that we gain serenity.  Be good to yourself, as this is a liberating part of our overall existence.

A Peaceful Person Exudes An Outward Beauty…Namaste

“A peaceful person has an outer beauty that exudes grace, contentment and love” True peace does not give way to anxiety or stress even in the most challenging of situations. A peaceful person tends to be less self-centered and more dedicated to the service of others, resulting in an amazing beauty, tremendous kindness and an overwhelming love that is always felt by others.” They never waiver in their convictions and are always truthful, loyal, consistent, loving, dedicated and kind, in spite of life’s difficulties and challenges.
